These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Christos Brands website at www.christosbrands.com (the "Site"), including any purchases you make through the Site. The Site is operated by Christos Brands ("Christos Brands," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, signing up for our newsletter, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Christos Brands is a faith-based apparel and goods brand. Our mission is to make Jesus known through the history of Christianity and the Bible. The Site is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. If you are using the Site on behalf of a church, ministry, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and communications

You may create an account to check out faster and view order history. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

If you sign up for our newsletter or otherwise opt in, we may send you emails about launches, products, and brand news. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. We may still send transactional messages about orders, accounts, or legal notices.

Electronic communications (email, Site notices, and order confirmations) satisfy any legal requirement that we communicate with you in writing.

4. Products and descriptions

We sell apparel, hats, drinkware, and related goods, including items decorated with Christos Brands designs (such as the Chi-Rho / Christogram and Rak Chazak collections). Many items are made or decorated after you order, so they are treated as made-to-order.

We try to describe products, colors, sizes, and prices accurately. Photographs, screens, and lighting can make colors look different in person. Measurements and specs are approximate. If we discover a material error after you order, we may cancel or correct the order and refund you, or contact you for instructions.

Some products use blanks from third-party brands (including adidas, Under Armour, and Polar Camel). Those brand names, logos, and product designs belong to their owners. Christos Brands is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless we say so on a product page. Buying a decorated blank does not give you any rights in those third-party marks.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production limits, or shipping restrictions. A charge or order confirmation does not always mean we have accepted the order. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the goods to the shipping address you provided, unless the law says otherwise.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices and product availability at any time before we accept an order.

Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

If an item is out of stock, delayed, or cannot be produced, we may cancel that item or the order and refund the amount you paid for it.

6. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Carriers, production partners, weather, and high-demand periods can add time.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or extra fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or a failure to pick up a package.

If a package is marked delivered, or if a carrier reports it lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help work with the carrier. Keep photos and tracking information. Replacement or refund for carrier issues is decided case by case.

Unless a product page or checkout says otherwise, we currently ship within the United States. If we accept an international order, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs delays.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because most Christos Brands items are made or decorated after you order, all sales of decorated or personalized items are final, except as described below.

We will repair, replace, or refund an item (our choice) if:

you received the wrong item;
the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing or decoration defect; or
we made a material error in fulfilling your order.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery at john.perkins@flyoverenterprises.com or through the Contact form, and include your order number and photos. Do not return an item unless we ask you to. Returned items should be unused and in original condition except for the defect.

We do not accept returns because of buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or a size or color preference after a made-to-order item has been produced, unless a product page says otherwise or the law requires it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. If a refund is due, we will issue it to the original payment method after we confirm the issue. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

If we later publish a separate Refund Policy or Shipping Policy on the Site, those pages control for returns and shipping to the extent they conflict with this section.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, our product designs, logos (including the Chi-Rho / Christogram), names (including Christos Brands and Rak Chazak), artwork, photographs, copy, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or create derivative works from our designs or content except as we expressly allow in writing.

Scripture quotations and historical Christian symbols appear on our products as part of our brand message. That use does not transfer any rights to you, and it does not mean we claim ownership of the biblical text.

You may not use our name, logos, or product images in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse you, without our prior written permission.

9. Charitable giving

We currently intend to give 10% of profits to ministries and charities such as The Bible Project. That is a statement of our present practice, not a contractual promise attached to any particular order, product, or dollar amount. Recipients, timing, and the calculation of "profits" may change. Purchasing from us does not create a donor relationship, a tax-deductible contribution, or a right to direct how gifts are made.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
interfere with the Site, other users, or our systems (including scraping, flooding, or introducing malware);
attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Site you are not authorized to use;
post or send content that is false, infringing, defamatory, or harassing;
resell our products as a business without our written permission, other than occasional personal resale of an item you bought for yourself.

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or refuse service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. User content

If you send us comments, photos, reviews, ideas, or other content (including through the Contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand and the Site. You represent that you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We are not required to use or keep any idea you submit.

12. Third-party services

The Site uses Shopify and may use other vendors for payments, production, embroidery or printing, shipping, email, and analytics. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

The Bible Project and any other ministry we mention are independent organizations. Links or mentions do not mean they endorse Christos Brands.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the limited remedies in the returns section, and except where the law does not allow a disclaimer, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. If that is true where you live, some of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Christos Brands and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or any product, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or $100 if the claim is not about a product purchase.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not let us limit, including (where applicable) liability for fraud, or for personal injury caused by our negligence.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christos Brands and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights, except to the extent we caused the harm.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. The updated Terms apply to orders and Site use after they are posted. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law (for example, a Site notice or email).

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the federal FAA applies to arbitration if the parties later agree in writing to arbitrate. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve it, exclusive venue for court proceedings is the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. You may also have rights to bring claims in your home county if the law requires it; those rights are not waived.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any order confirmation and policies posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
